What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
I have aan order for protection on my son's father for the last 5 years and I was wondering how I could go about getting his rights taken away? He is a danger to the child and has had no contact at all with our son.

You would go to court and prove him an unfit parent.

Just so you know, it will take a BUNCH to have a parent declared unfit.
