TX: the social security administration refused a claim
for benefits to me for ssi and any other relief after
a seven month swopping of information only to refuse my claim as they intended to in the first place. i have cancer
and is unable to work and take the chemo. my expenses
are over $1,500.00 per mo. and is a burden to my family.
for some forty plus years i have contributed to the ss
fund and assumed it would provide for me when i needed it. my question is how is the ss administration able to set guidelines which include a spouse"s income when determining dissability claims but exclude the same spouse in the event of the death first spouse?
