i live in va. does anyone know what a level 3 founded case is? my husband recently was found guilty for physical abuse to our daughter and i was just curious as to what that means if anyone knows.

It means his name is on their little list that gets put out only if he decides to get involved with children within the state....say bus driver or getting a daycare license...if even that. If you are hoping he'll be posted on the state sexual offenders website? Forget it, it's only for CONVICTED criminals. Your husband (ex husband? what?) has only been determinded *that* in the eyes of bias CPS...not by any court in VA.
