Question

Sperm donor

What is the name of your state? NJ.
I was asked by a friend to be the one to get her pregnant, she will pay for everything, have all legal documents drawn up etc...
I am married and she knows it, my wife is OK with this but I need to know what legal rights there are and am I going to be responsible even though we will have a legal contract drawn up by a lawyer?

You need to go through a sperm bank.

I don't disagree with that, but consult a local attorney on this subject before you get too deep into it.

If this person is a friend, then you may have contact with the child, and that may be more difficult for you than you realize.
