im trying to find out what legal recourse i have its a terrible situation i have my wife was suffering from depression after car accident left her totally disabled she turned to internet and got hooked on line casino she took out 2nd mortgage on our propery without my knowledge and an attorney notorized my signature without me even being present how is this legal i relize my wife should never have signed my name but she would never have been allowed to do this if the attorney followed the rules for notorizing so am i stuck for over 50,000 on this we live in new york
