spousal maintenance

what constitutes spousal maintenance in the state of colorado? will a judge be fair if my spouse has an attorney and i don,t?

The question here is not one of fair, justice is blind and isn't always fair. What you should want is what is entitled to you by law. If you go to court without an attorney you will never know.
If this is an issue of finances, the court will provide you with options.
