What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

I have a friend that wants to start a business. Her husband wants nothing to do with it. How can she protect herself from him getting half if they were to ever divorce?

If started during the marriage, why shouldn't he be entitled to something from it if they ever were to divorce?

Does she expect his money to be half hers, but her money to be all hers if she divorces? Wouldn't she expect half of what her spouse accrued during the marriage, even if she contributed nothing toward his business or income?
