I would like to know if I have any legal rights to my new husbands house if anything should happen to him. He made out a will after his divorce about 6 yrs ago. We have been married for 2yrs out of the 4 that we have been living together. He has never put me in his will or my name on the deed.He has 4 children,24, 21,16,13.
Thanks,
Sandy

Although this site is for US law only, I will give you one important piece of advice. You and your husband should consult a solicitor.
