Florida.
My Girlfriend and I signed a domestic partnership with my complany so she could get benifits. We have lived together for 8 years, 5 in Pa and 3 in fl.
The DP was signed in 2006.
Can we file federal taxes as married?

Florida doesn't have any statutes recognizing common law marriage, or domestic partnerships.
