Statute of limitations for prenup?

What is the name of your state? Virginia

My fiance' signed a prenuptial agreement (at the request of her husband) which states that she is entitled to half the fair market value of their home, minus the original purchase price. It states that her husband (at the time) could buy her portion of the agreement at the time of divorce. Otherwise, according to the agreement, she is entitled to this half of the value. This agreement was signed in 1992; is there a statute of limitations for prenuptial agreements in Virginia?

Thank you,
Robert

No. Now if you want to type the entire agreement here we can give you a legal opinion as to it's value.
