step-father/biological father rights?

i have sole custody of my daughter, she has visitation with her biological father.
i will be getting married soon and i would like to know what say the step-father has in her life? also what say does the biological father have?
ex. if i am out of town and the step-father has to or chooses to make a decision (medical, personal, etc. )for my daughther but the biological father doesn't agree, who has the main authority considering i have the sole custody and she lives with me and the step-father?
what are the step-fathers rights?
what are the biological father's rights?

You need to look at your divorce decree to see what it says. If you are the only one making any kind of medical decisions, then all you have to do is sign a paper saying that you give sd rights to make decisions. It needs to notirized. I'm pretty sure you can have this done even if the bd does have say. But the sd can only have say if the bd can not be contacted.
