but i want to send them to go stay with there mother.do i have that right. also we dont get along me and his kids ,age 9 and 12. |

Your husband is the one that has custody of them. Since you knew your husband had children before you married him, you did realize that he was a "package" deal. Do you really expect your husband to choose between his children and you? His children were there before you were....You joined THEIR family.
