step son molested my daughter!!!!

What is the name of your state? St. Louis Missouri
this is a very difficult situation. ( long story )
wife had son with another man never got married. last name of father given.
me and my wife got married about 10 years ago had 2 daughters now 8 and 3.
stepson now 16 will turn 17 june 17th. 2 years ago my stepson molested my oldest daughter when she was 6. he has medical problems and has been diagnosed as aspherger and believed to be socio path. had a brain tumer and had stroke and had partial paralized from a stroke during his last surgery. was charged as ajuvenial for sexual
molestatuion as a minor sent to juvenial treatment. the father is a over the road truck driver. we have done everthing the courts asked and we are done dealing with the step son. we want to relinquish him to his father but dont know how. the state wants him to move in back with us but we cant and never will trust him in our house or around our daughters ever again. it turns our stomach with the thoght of him living with us anymore.
i know it seems harsh but he has a real sexual perversion and a really bad social problem.the courts just dont get it we are done with him forever!!! we dont want to lose our 2 daughters over this problem child. PLEASE HELP US GET BACK TO A NORMAL LIFE!!!!!
everybody knows the answer to the solution is for him to go live with his father!!!!
how can we get him to take full custody. we dont think he will quit his over the road trucking job to step up and take his son!! what can we do???????

You may want to start with this, and then explain why he was not removed from your home if he has molested your child.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

It sounds like he was removed, and sent to juvenile, but now they are ready to release him and they want a parent to take custody.

You nor the courts can force Dad to take custody and frankly he would be crazy to do so. This kid needs to be in a controlled therapeutic environment. You need to hire a family law attorney & request that the judge make him a ward of the state. Stop dealing with the social workers, your wife needs her own representation NOW.
Hard road, good luck to you.
