I was common law married for 14 yrs and married legally for 2 yrs,have been seperated for 2 yrs.We have two kids together.He has got the kids stufff when they ask if he dont say he dosent have the money.He cheated on me.He told me that she is now going by his last name and he introduces her as his wife,aint this biggamy?If so how do i report this?My oldest son was living with him for the past yr and a half and is underage,still in school.While living with his father his father allowed him to get a girl pregant , by letting the girl stay with him overnight,now the question is coming up of a blood test if it does turn out that it is his child and he is a minor(15)who is responsible both of us or him because my son was living with him at the time all this happened.who will have to pay the child support?
