What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? : NC
Our daughter had marriage celemony on July 08 in NC and they are supposed to go back to court house to sign the paper but they desided not and got separated shortly after that day. Year later she married with another guy in TX and after married we found out that she is still married from July 08 and in process for final divorce.
Now we have quetion, how can we correct? After divorce get final from July 08 married, can we request to amend the dates for second married? Or is she needs to file another divorce and get marry again? :confused:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No, you can't amend the date of a divorce decree or a marriage license. Your daughter needs to divorce her first husband.
