still married by law, seperated but having baby with another man

illinois- I still am married, and was told can't divorce because I am pregnant, there is no question that the father is another man. I need to know how does it work at the hospital, when the baby is born. I do not want the baby to have my married name, since he is not the father, and I don't want his name on the birth certificate. Will the father be able to give the baby his name, and will his insurance reject it since I am married?

Any male who agrees in writing, can be named on the birth certificate... but the non-husband has to agree to his name being on the record.

As to what insurance impact... he will have to check with his insurance carrier.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
