Exclamation

stste of florida

I had a case start in June of last year that blew my mind. I have not been arrested or charged with any type of violent crime and worked in corrections. A family member lied to the court to have my children taken and i was able to supply proof of perjury on their part but they still terminated my parental rights due to the severity of the accusations and adopted my children out to another family. I had family members trying to get my children and the court listened to the accuser who had temporary custody of my daughter for a month and decided that no one in the family was good enough to taken them. How do i salvage a case that was built on lies from DCF, The Charlee Program and the state of Florida? ANd do I have a chance of getting my children back?

Have your children actually been adopted by another family? If so, that's pretty final.

However, that is also an EXTREMELY fast process for your parental rights to have been terminated and your children adopted by someone else in just a year's time.

Please do get yourself a consult with a local attorney. If you have any chance at all, you will need a strong one.

You really NEED to get a consult with an attorney ASAP.

There had to have been some VERY strong evidence against you for all that you claim has happened, happened in just 1 year. I'm sorry, but there must be alot that you have left out.

Take copies of ALL court orders, etc to a local attorney for a consult. You can get a low cost consult by calling the Florida Bar Lawyer Refferal Service at 1-800-342-8011.
