I was named Sucessor Trustee and Successor Trustee Remover for a trust. What are the responsibilities for these positions?

What powers do these positions have?

You would have better luck getting an answer if you were to post on the wills/trusts/estates boards.

Best of luck to you!

As I pointed out in another post, the previous response requires a lot of luck.
The best advice I can give you is to read your trust documents, they should specify your responsiblities.
Also, you can contact the individual who wrote the documents and ask them........

Don't trust luck!!!!!
