| | | sue-ing the guy for pregnancy The situation is as such. the girl says she wants to sue the boyfriend for getting her pregnant. what can she sue him for? what laws are there against the guys.  |

If she didn't want to get pregnant, she should not have had sex with him. I presume this was consentual sex?
