Suit without attorney?

What is the name of your state? Maryland

Question: I want to file a nuisance suit against my upstairs neighbor (we both own condominiums). How can I do this without using an attorney? What steps would I take (if I am allowed to do this without an attorney)? Anyone have any advice?

go to your local county courthouse and see if they have documents you can file without an attorney.
