suspected insurance fraud

What is the name of your state? South Carolina

A couple has been married for 2 1/2 years and recently the marriage has become quite intolerable. The wife is going out of her way to make the husband's life as difficult as possible (repeatedly throwing him out of the house; claiming he has stolen articles of hers from the home; hiding his vehicle; etc.) The husband is generally fed up. He also just recently discovered that his wife has been married 4 times before and from putting pieces of information together that she revealed during the course of the marriage, he suspects one of the previous marriages was solely based on defrauding a health insurance company (she married the man so he could be placed on her health insurance and receive an expensive operation). What course of action should the husband pursue (besides divorce) if he has such suspicions?

My response:

I love this - -

"The husband is generally fed up."

"What course of action should the husband pursue (besides divorce)"

Oh, I don't know . . . under similar circumstances, I've always found that "Mr. Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat" across the knees is a fairly good alternative to divorce.
