texas, husband awarded house in agreement of both parties. wife left him and had apartment to live in thinking he would live in the house. Then after divorce final, ex-husband decides he cannot afford to live in the house and moves out, then renting the house out. Wife now would like to live in the house, is this possible? All is still in both names.
