tax deductionWhat is the name of your state? Minnesota my husband has a court order stating that he can take his daughter as an exemption on odd years and her mother takes the expemtion on even years. This year she claimed her on EIC and we also qualified for EIC. Can she leagaly do this since we have a court order? |
