Tax lien and marriage

What is the name of your state? Georgia

Currently my boyfriend has a Federal and State Tax Lien against him for taxes not filed or paid from a Partnership he had in the past. He filed and paid, but his partner did not.

Anyway, Will this tax lien affect any of my property when we get married? Also, when we are doing an offer in compromise can his expenses include half of all living expenses even though everything is in my name. We do currently live together and have separate checking accounts.
