My sister (in Ohio) would like to have her 10 yr. old daughter to stay with us (Cailf.) for a few months while she works on some problems and improves her parenting skills. What are the legalities we need to clear up before the child arrives??! I'm especially concerned about Medical treatments, (child currently on medicaid), school enrollment, gaudianship form?! I'd really appreciate a response, my niece called to tell me her "bags are packed"
