termination of parental rights

What is the name of your state? NY
My ex boyfriend is currently in jail in Florida. How would I go about terminating his parental rights while he still is in jail. He was convicted of an armed robbery serving 7 years. Has had no contact with my daughter since her birth nor does he pay any support.
