Termination of Parental Rights

What is the name of your state? MI

I am considering giving my ex-husband all parental rights, voluntaryly. I would like to know if anyone knows anything about terminating your partental rights volunatarly? And do you still have to pay child support?

Unless there is someone willing to adopt the child(ren), most states will still hold you liable for supporting them. Why do you want to walk away from them?
