What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada
Ok so me and my ex decided to work things out, we moved to Nevada. He ended up going to jail for domestic battery with intent to commit a crime. I don't want to testify against him, we are still married, does Nevada have the law where a spouse cannot be made to testify against their spouse. Any answers would be appreciated

Generally that applies when you were not the person wronged directly.

If you made a statement and there are pictures, the state will likely just continue on without you anyway, and if you decide to take the stand in his favor, you risk perjury.

Only involve the police if you're dead serious about following through because after that it's out of your hands.
