Texas property

What is the name of your state? Washington
I currently reside in Washington state and own a home with my husband in Texas. He would like to relinquish all rights to the property so that it is mine and in my name only. What legal form do I need him to sign and get notorized in order for this to happen. I would like to secure this from him soon and meantime looks like we may divorce around year end. Will this form be valid whether we are married then divorced in future?
