these r my belongings


What is the name of your state? ny
im original from canada met my ex in canada he moved to the states while i was working my green cards so we moved all are furniture and belongings up there to new york. i was staying on and off with him for 2 years.then we broke up and are furniture is staying at this ladies house. my ex boyfriend is in jail for dwi with this ladies car. i went up there today to go get my furniture and she says i cant have anything because of what my ex did to her (imponded her vehicule) i have all my recepts and my ex said that i could take evrything and he is willing to write it down. alls i want to know is can i go get my stuff. i went today and she said that she would only let me take out what i could take out by myself cuse she wouldnt let anybody else in her house. all that meant to me is that she wanted to keep all the big furniture. i would really apreciate it if u guys would let me know what im aloud to do
