What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas
I am tired of threats from my husbands ex wife. She states that their 18 year old is filing papers on him to make him pay for her college. Is there any laws in Kansas that can make him responsible for her as an adult?

Its not totally impossible, but its not very likely either...unless the original divorce decree stated that he had some responsibility for college expenses.
