title in both names

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? nc
My partner and I bought a car together--the title has both of our names on it and the insurance has been in my name for years, but she has been the primary driver. Now we are splitting up and she wants to keep the car without reimbursing me. What are my options?

Take her to court.
