Successor Custodian UGMAWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PAA grandparent was the custodian of a mutual fund account for a minor grandchild under the PA UGMA. The grandparent died four years ago. The grandchild is still a minor (age 19) and wants to have her parent named as successor custodian. It is necessary to petition the court (Phila.) to do this. Do you know how to petition the court-I cannot find a form and Phila. does not have a form. Is it necessary to use an attorney to do this? Last edited by tjknd; 08-12-2008 at 02:28 PM. | 19 is not a minor.
