transfer of deedWhat is the name of your state? Texas Purchased a Condo with my domestic partner of 18 years. Partner passed away 1-22-05 no will. I hold power of Att. name is also on deed but his is first. How do I get the title in my name only? |

| I believe that your power of attorney ended with his death. How did the two of you hold title on the condo? (It should say something like Jack Brown and Joe Smith, as joint tenants, or tenants in common, or something like that.) Last edited by fairisfair; 12-14-2006 at 02:31 PM. |
