Uncontested dissolution in pro per.

What is the name of your state? California

Can somebody give me some help. My wife filed a petition for disolution in September and I filed my response. originally we were going to fight spousal support (no kids) but now have settled. We have an osc this week for support but we would like to withdraw it and just settle the divorce. We have come to a settlement and are both in pro per. I have been on the la superior court webiste and it looks like we can submits some judgment papers to finalize this. my question is what forms do we need to submit to settle it. I have see a form "declaration for default or uncontested disolution" Do I use this form or is this for something when you have not responded. We will go to the osc hearing and trial setting (both this week) and tell the judge we have settled and then what?
