Question

Underage marriage

Is there any state in the U.S. that allows underage marriage without parental consent?

There are a couple, however, in those states, you must have a court order and meet stated criteria.

Now, what do you think the odds are that a judge is going to think it's a great idea for the underage couple to marry when the parents say NO?

There is no state where you can get married (if you are minor) without parental consent AND/OR a court order.

And in some states you need both.

Oh, and in some states, there is no underage marriage.
