unlegitimate born

Can a married man give his last name to a born unlegitimate child and also can he take care financially the burden of the child without his spouse authorization?

Actually, the mother of the child is generally the one who gets to choose what last name the kid gets. And financial support is generally court ordered, so has nothing to do with the father's wife.
