 Using a married manWhat is the name of your state?Oregon My husband had an affair with a women that he worked with after she chased him for awhile. She was supposedly on birth control. She go pregnant, and he asked her to get an abortion. She wouldn't and they broke things off. Now a year later, and I just found out, she is suing for child support. Do I have any rights to sue her, for using a married man as a sperm doner, and then going after us for money? |

| You have the right to be a supportive wife and encourage your husband to be responsible for his actions, that means paying his child support and developing a relationship with his daughter, that would mean visitation. Congratulations, you are a stepmother.

hubby needs to stand up and be a manwhy are you only blaming this woman? your husband is 50 percent to blame too.he could have said no.if paternity establishes hes the father, she wont be going after "us" for child support, she will be going after hubby for child support, and there wont be anything you can do about it.if yuor husband didnt want to have a baby with her, he shouldnt have slept with her,now that he has a child, he needs to take responsibilty. |
