Is there a law against verbal abuse? My friend's ex-huband is verbally abusive to her - screams at her - on the phoe and in person at almost every instance. It is getting worse. She has to see him to exchange the children every other week. This is seriously affecting the children, and is very difficult for her. What should she do?
