Verbal Harrassment

What is the name of your state? Maryland

Ok... I would like to know if I'm able to file harrassment charges against someone who has made it their hobby to call and verbally harrass me and leave threating messages on my home and work voice mail?

And If I'm able to bring charges, what happens... do we go to court? Am I amble to sue her for harrassment?

Please help.... before I have to make it physical!!
