What does your daughter's father say about how his daughter is being treated by your husband? Has paternity been established? Are there any court orders?
Since your son together was born prior to your marriage, did your husband sign an Acknowledgement of paternity? Are there any court orders?

My daughters father doesnt know, she goes to his house and tells him that my husband squeezes her and stuff you know like squeeze her cheeks or poke her sides and she cries cause she doesnt like it, and when i pick her up he has told me that my husband better watch his back and he tells my daughter not to talk to my husband and that he's gonna punch him and she puts her fists up and stuff, my husband has no court orders no bad record he's smart about getting his name in police records, him and his brother got in a fight one time and he put his own hands behind his back and was yelling at his brother to punch him so he could go to the cops and have his brother arrested. On the other hand he has thrown objects towards my direction while i was holding the baby he says it wasnt supposed fly my way, fortunately he missed, he has punched a wooden chair and broke it simply because he couldnt handle the baby crying at dinner time**************tying in with the thread of why were we denied, im scared to take the kids anywere because of my alien status, in my heart I feel that I should be a citizen by now, my parents did have a valid visa when they brought us here, how was i to control their actions being 1 month old?
