| | | violation What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tn. my sister an her ex have a mutual order of protection . they have recently been talking wanting to work things out my sister is fine with this she wants to work things out with him i was wanting to know if i could have him arrested for violating this order {he contacted her} or is she the only one that can do so |

| | If it's a mutual order, it sounds like they are BOTH in violation. I suggest you have them BOTH arrested.
