visitation law during seperation help

What is the name of your state? missouri
I am in a middle of a divorce and was wondering what my summer time rights are for visitation. My soon to be ex says I can't have my children more than every other weekend and one day during the week. That don't sound right to me. My children aren't in school so I don't see why I cant have them more please tell me what my rights are for this case. I am fighting for custody and it will be final on june 24.

You have a right to spend your hard earned money on lawyers instead of your kids, and so does the other soon to be ex.

So that is really the question How much money do you have ....not what is your rights.

Lawyers love people like you....not too bright or else you would have really tried to stay together.
