visitation rights

My parents have had "permanent guardianship" of my son for 1 year. Now they have told me that I am not allowed to have any visitation with my son about a week and a half ago. I have not seen my son since that day. They will not even take my phone calls. They have had a restraining order against me for 2 years which they have gone against and let me live with them for a period of time. What rights do I have? Can they do this? Do I have to get a court order to see my son? Will CPS get involved? Please help me.

Thank you

Your "rights" were relinquished with whatever action/inaction caused your parents to be named "permanent guardians". Yes, they can do this unless and until you receive court orders to see your son. Depending on why the child was removed from your care, CPS (actually DCF in FL) may become involved again if you receive visitation.

You need to help yourself.
