what if i want to move to a different city in Kansas and i have custody of my children.my ex wants to take them to Texas,but i cannot trust her because she has taken two of my children to Texas and did not bring them back as she said she would(on two seperate occassions).i had to go get them.what do i do?i cannot allow her to take all of my children to Texas because she doesn't bring them back.please,advise.
