We want to see our grandchildrenOur son and his wife will not allow us to see our grandchildren. This is in state of Missouri. They say we have no rights. There is no history of violence or child abuse in family. We have been foster parents in Illinos and have had FBI background check. Is there a way we could get court supervised visits to establish relationship with grandchildren? |

| If your own child is living and doesn't want you to see his kids, then you have absolutely no rights to force visits with the children. The Supreme Court recently decided this issue in a case called Troxel. Your best bet is to do whatever it takes to get in your son's good graces and get the visits restored. Sorry I couldn't offer you more cheerful news. |
