It's called bigamy, hon. Tell him to sort out a divorce from his wife and then you'll marry him. But demand to see an official divorce decree.

If WE wanted to get married, HE would have already settled his business. How long have you been involved with him? Is HE wanting to marry you because your dowry is MORE than his current wife brought? Is he working? Is he working and making enough money to support you, or does he need YOU to support him? Does he have children with her? If child support and/or alimony become an issue, are you ready to see more than 60% of his income not even make it into the house?

Tell him to get a lawyer in the Philippines. He's going to need it since divorce is, in theory, illegal there.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
