What am I allowed to know?

What is the name of your state? CA

I am a NCP, without legal custody. What documents am I legally allowed to have regarding information about my child? I'm specifically wondering about health insurance information.
Is the CP required to provide information to me if I request it?
There is no mention of this in the agreement the CP and I came to. Should there be?

You don't have joint legal custody? She may not be legally bound to provide you that information. Although it would be good for you to have it when the children are with you.

Go back to court with a motion to ammend and ask the court that insurance cards for the children when they are with you be required in case of an emergency.

It's a very simple task and Momma is right. You need this document to get your children treated. The CP can either put these in an envelope with the kids or she can fight it.

If she chooses to fight it the court will want to know why?

A photo copy is often adequate in emergency situations. Front & back.
