What Am I To Do?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? LOUISIANA My girl friend and I have been together for over 20 years now we are breaking up. we have one child we lived in apartments until 1991 when we purchased a home however I allowed her to put the home in her name. We both paid the morage and I paid all of the other bills which I still pay today (they are in my name and have been since we were in the apartment) I purchaced almost every thing in the house. She recently had a mental breakdown and is now very unstable I provide for my daugher and am worried to leave her with her mother. Do I have any rights in the house? And if I don't can I get the things that I purchased from the house. Our daugher is 15 and has told us and the authorities that she would wrather stay with me. What can I do. Note when I left I tried giving her child support but she did nothing for our daugher! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: you are up a creek and since title to the real property is not in your name, you are going to have to sue for equity in the property. Prepare for a long hard road ahead. And also several years.
