my name is twyla goodwin, i live in amarillo texas and so does the individual i'm am asking the question about. when i was a little girl this man molested me for years. what i want is for him to have to register as a sex offender, pay for my 28 day inpatient hospital for incest survivors and pay for the many year of therapy that still continues today, in the form of a small monthly payment. i do not want him to go to jail, but he needs to be identified as a sex offender.
